This helped the client create measurements for all short and long term deliverables each intuitively linked vertically and horizontally across workflows. It helped the client improve productivity by ~17% across levels within 12 months.
  • An Indian Bank had a branch led organisation structure. We helped the client recast its organisation at functional level in the Retail and SME space effectively creating the specialist focus the segments deserved.
