Before we start a new engagement with any client, our teams spend 2-5 days with the client teams onsite. This provides us the opportunity to prepare the client SWOT across all functions. We believe that an understanding of all levers in an organization is critical to understand the interplay between them at work. We conduct interviews and pore through data.
The output of this 360 is a list of 8-10 initiatives that the client can focus on in the short-medium term. Some of these can be actioned by the client themselves, some may require specialist support from other firms and some of them could be ones where the client requests for our assistance. We provide this 360 toolkit for free to some of our clients, where we see a clear alignment even at the outset.
