We helped the organisation build and implement balanced scorecard based metrics for all positions across the organisation. This helped the client create measurements for all short and long term deliverables each intuitively linked vertically and horizontally across workflows. It helped the client improve productivity by ~17% across levels within 12 months.
- An Indian Bank had a branch led organisation structure. We helped the client recast its organisation at functional level in the Retail and SME space effectively creating the specialist focus the segments deserved.
