Raja Debnath is a Growth Hacker in MSME and Retail Banking and has advised over 40 financial institutions and Fintechs globally in the areas of Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Finance, Data Analytics and Non-Financial services. Earlier he was a Global SCF and SME Banking Advisory Specialist at International Finance Corporation and led projects across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He joined IFC from EY where he was the MSME and Consumer banking Specialist in India. Prior to that, he had setup the unsecured MSME lending business at Kotak Mahindra Bank.

He is a Marshall Goldsmith certified Performance Coach, and an investor and mentor to multiple Fintechs. He has an MBA from the Said School of Business at Oxford University focused on Strategy and Finance and another MBA from JBIMS, Mumbai University focused on Marketing.

Rakesh Sinha

Rakesh is a thought leader, a trusted advisor and an innovation hub for banks and financial institutions. His expertise lies in Credit risk, Transaction banking, CRM and Business Intelligence. He headed South Asia, Middle East and Europe for analytical products & services at Oracle Financial Software Services for a decade. He then moved to Microsoft as their Head of Banking Industry in India. He later became the MD, South Asia for SunGard. In his last role he was the Head of business for South Asia at Intellect Design Arena.

Outspoken and candid, he has consulted banks in India and abroad, including Central Banks, on their Digital Transformation, Analytics and Risk Management. Currently he is mentoring several IT companies to build their market & product strategy. He is on the board of Cogence Labs and brings his immense experience in areas of lending and risk to the benefit of the customers.

Anant J Natu

Anant has 14 years of diversified experience in financial services in funding, consulting & business roles across South Asia, Southeast Asia and Africa. His areas of expertise cover a wide range of asset classes- microfinance, agri-finance, MSME lending & supply chain finance; and development of digital & mobile banking channels for financial services. He has advised over 50+ financial institutions in product development, design & implementation of business strategy; IT- enabled business process improvements, business analytics, HR, and audit systems.

He is presently Director- Innovation and Research at Cogence Labs. Previously he was part of IFC's FIG-Advisory consulting team in South Asia. Prior to that, as head of Central Operations at Arohan Financial Services and as member of its core management team, he built and led a large team across 4 verticals to develop best in class operations that helped in its evolution into a well-diversified systemically important NBFC. At MicroSave Consulting (MSC), he led the advisory practice on financial inclusion, value-chains, energy and environment.

Anant is a trained electronics engineer, a management graduate from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA), and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.

Shantanu Ambedkar

Shantanu is a senior banking and financial services executive with 25+ years of banking experience, with a focus on Treasury, Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Institutional Banking. His last stint was as Head of Treasury and Balance Sheet Management for Edelweiss , during which he was instrumental in managing their funding, liquidity and balance sheet for the entire Group. Prior to that he was heading Treasury, Capital Markets and Wholesale Financing for Jana Small Finance Bank. He helped transition the Jana from a NBFC to a Bank while leading their re-capitalisation exercise with global PE players. Shantanu has been with HSBC for 20+ years. His last role there was Head of Private Banking in India. Prior to that he spent most of his career in Global Markets handling Institutional Sales, Debt Capital Funding, Balance Sheet Management, Fixed Income trading and Derivatives. He also led the team that provided capital market product solutions to the retail and private banking businesses of the bank. He was instrumental in HSBC starting their credit trading in India. His first role with them was in the corporate foreign exchange and advisory business.

Shantanu obtained his Masters of Management Sciences (MMS) degree from Mumbai University’s NM Institute of Management. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Pune. He is also has a Fellowship in Risk Managament (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Practitioners (GARP).

Ravi Sundaram

Mr. Sundaram has successfully fulfilled leadership roles in large international organizations like ANZ Banking Group and Tata Consultancy Services in India and overseas. These roles have covered P&L Management, Business Development, Finance, Technology (Solutions Development), Operations and Risk Management. His most recent assignment was as a Program Director for a large digital transformation program for a bank in Vietnam.

Considering the dynamic nature of markets, statutes and consumer behaviour, de-risking of investments and efforts is very critical. To address this, Mr. Sundaram believes in, and advocates building tactical solutions with measurable milestones & metrics.

With over 25 years of operational and leadership experience in the Financial Services and IT businesses, Mr. Sundaram brings with him deep, experiential insights which help recognize opportunities and challenges and build simple yet effective solutions to address them.
